Newly remodeled, fully furnished private bedroom, private bath, with garage, free laundry, private storage. This is the lower level of our home, with a 500 sf LR/DR, and a 10x10 kitchenette which are all for your exclusive use. This is essentially a private apartment, except we need to occasionally walk through the LR/DR to get to our workshop, furnace, breakers, etc. (we’d let you know ahead of time, unless there is an emergency!). The kitchenette has a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, rice/pasta cooker, dishes, pots, etc. The bedroom has a double bed, dresser, lamp, large closet and egress window. The LR/DR has 2 huge windows, a new table and buffet, sofa, TV, desk, office chair, lamps, rugs, etc. No smoking of any kind on the property (allergies!). We’re a 10 minute walk from campus.

We are from Portland, OR. Harry is a cinematographer who worked in film, TV and fine art all over the world and is recently retired. Meighan is a film and video producer who is changing careers to be a grant writer. We spent the past year traveling all over the US/Canada/Mexico in our Micro Minnie Winnie, and then bought this house in River Falls this spring.
