We have a 10x10 unfurnished room for rent, move in available starting March 1st. Lease is month to month.

Just a couple minutes walk away from public transportation, grocery store, and various quick service restaurants. 10 minute drive to SR500, and a 15 minute walk to the nearest park. Ample street parking available.

There is a full shared bathroom with bathtub/shower, and an additional shared half bathroom connected to the dining room. Full service laundry room. Kitchen with shared dishware, dishwasher and other appliances. Cozy living room area with lots of natural lighting (and blackout curtains for TV watching) great for relaxing. There is a garden in the back with a patio area with a table, chairs, and Traeger grill. Very beautiful place to enjoy while its being tended from spring through early fall.

We have a cat named Leonidas and a very friendly corgi named Frankenfurter, and are not open to any other pets in the home

We are looking for a roommate that is tidy and responsible. We enjoy a mostly quiet living space and hope that you do too. We don’t mind if you’re social or if you prefer to keep to yourself. We keep a fragrance free environment, and don’t use harsh chemicals in the home.

Rory (they/them, 29): I work part time as a barista nearby, and am a part time student. I enjoy gardening, Ren-Faires, tabletop games, and making multimedia art.

Kevin (he/him, 31): I work in Transportation Logistics. I like to play video games, as well as play and DM DnD. I’m a real quiet person and tend to keep to myself unless we’re hanging out in the same area.
