Separate front entrance. Can be furnished or not. Details negotiable. I’d rather do a flat rate with all utilities, security system, internet, individual AC, streaming services, etc included. First and last month’s rent due at move in unless otherwise negotiated. Full sized washer and dryer. Near hiking trails. Lots of parking, great kitchen, large back yard, upgraded appliances, storage. Near freeway access and light rail, easy to get downtown or to Scottsdale, Glendale, etc. Still improving the house, but it should not be disruptive. Pets would need to be discussed and any vaping or smoking would have to be outside.

Home owner is a 43 year old clean and organized male professional. Other roommates are 29 and 25 year old females you would share the hall bathroom with. We all want a comfortable and calm place to live. I am open, accepting, reasonable, and communicate for a living. I only ask not to live with a bigot or someone I have to clean up after. I’m friendly, but mostly keep to myself with house projects, cooking, reading, movies, and courses. I might have friends over for board games or host a family dinner, but it would usually be pretty quiet.
