3 bed 3.5 bath house on the Kennesaw/Roswell side of Marietta. You will get your own private bedroom and attached bathroom, as well as a private office room to use as you see fit.

The house comes with a fireplace, backyard, kitchen (gas stove) with dishwasher, washer and dryer, living room, dining room. The neighborhood also has a community pool and tennis courts.

Rent includes utilities. No pets or smoking allowed $35 fee required with application for credit/background check.

We are a 33 and 34 year old brother and sister. We both love watching movies, listening to music, and the occasional night out.
