3-Bedroom, 1-Bath Condo in South Tempe – Females Only- WiFi Included    Looking for a roommate to share a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath condo in South Tempe! Unfurnished room is $750 a month and a furnished room is $1000 a month.

The third bedroom can be used as a shared office. Currently, I use half of it as my sewing studio and the other half can be for you to use as well as the extra closet in the room.

Parking:  The condo features a Level 2 electric car charger (J-1772 compatible) and a Level 1 charging option. There are two designated parking spots, along with plenty of free street and visitor parking for guests.

The Bedroom:  Size: 11ft by 9ft Features: Window facing the peaceful courtyard, closet, remote-controlled ceiling fan, blinds, curtain rod, and a door lock. 

The Bathroom: We will share a bathroom, but I am open to working out a schedule that suits us both. My current roommate and I have never had problems.    The Neighborhood:  The condo is located across from Marcos de Niza High School in a quiet, pet-friendly community. The neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks, and the community pool is great for relaxing. For added security, the condo has a Ring Doorbell camera. 

Utilities: Electric: Ranges from $100 to about $175 a month, depending on use. I do own an electric car and keep track of the electricity I use and subtract that amount from the shared cost. Wifi: 300mbps speed- Included in rent Water/Sewage: Included in rent

Pets: $250 refundable deposit and $25 a month pet rent

About Me: I’m a 23 year old female. I work in finance and work from home at least 2 days a week. I will be graduating from a master’s program in December 2025.

The living room and common areas are fully furnished (couches, tables, etc.) however I am flexible to any interior decorating you want to do to make the space feel like home.

I’m somewhat social and enjoy inviting 1-5 friends over on weekends (about once a month), and hosting holiday parties, birthday parties, or game nights. Ideally, I’d like a roommate who could join in on the fun and hopefully become a lifelong friend.    I’m currently studying for my CPA and love catching the latest sitcom episodes in the living room. I work out at least three times a week. At home enjoy sewing, crafting, and cooking. Some of my favorite night-out activities include playing bingo at the casino, karaoke, dancing at clubs, and taking day or weekend trips. 

Guest Policy: I am okay with guests during the day as long as we communicate. I am also okay with occasional sleepovers (e.g., one or two nights). Occasionally, I may have a friend stay over after a night out (this happens about once a month or less).

Chores and Living Arrangement: I keep the common areas clean. I also plan to share all the costs of any communal items like paper products, cleaning supplies, air filters, etc.
