🌿 Cozy 1940s Bungalow Room — Ideal for Young Professionals Seeking Balance

Tucked at the end of a quiet street yet close to shops, cafes, and major routes, this 1940s single-family bungalow offers a perfect blend of calm and convenience.

The kitchen was renovated in 2024 (just needs a few finishing touches!), and the shared bathroom got a partial refresh in 2023. The common areas are furnished and welcoming — complete with yoga and exercise mats, free weights, a PS4 and smart TV setup, a backyard sitting area, a punching bag, vintage weight bench, and a veggie + herb garden for those who love homegrown produce.

🐾 Pets welcome! As long as our dogs get along — and since I’m allergic to cats, any feline friends would need to stay in your room or outside.

Currently, one room is available, with another likely opening in the next few months.

🏡 Hi! I’m a PACU nurse (formerly ED and L&D) who works day shift. After work, I usually unwind quietly with a show or just recharge at home. On my days off, you’ll find me in the garden, tackling house projects, or getting outdoors — hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, or climbing.

I’m polyamorous and occasionally have friends and partners over. I’d prefer roommates who are women and comfortable with a naturalist-friendly environment.
