It is a 4 bedroom place, with 3 roommates currently present. The living room space is very small and off the kitchen and in the center of the apartment. Shared bathroom and living spaces. Cameras are around the apartment as well as entrances, everyone has access to the cameras to create a safe and comfortable living environment. The bedroom doors have code locks so only you can enter your room. I have furniture available such as beds, bed frames, TV stands, dressers, and additional furniture as needed/requested. All utilities are included First month and Deposit are required upon move in, last months rent is required as well, however can be made in payments over the first 3 months.

We all kinda stick to ourselves most of them time, we work often and are home for a small period of time and then the evening time. We have people over very seldomly and aren’t loud or noisy and don’t party.
