About the room

Furnished bedroom with a full size bed and a private bathroom available for rent at $800/month(all utilities included with no long term commitment). House is close to North hills and Raleigh downtown, easy access to I-440 for commuters. This bedroom is in a 4 bedroom-3bath newly built house. There is plenty of space for parking in the front and backyards. All utilities are included in the rent including high speed internet. Security deposit is the same as rent and will be fully returned on the last day of vacating the room. We prefer someone that’s clean and will be respectful to others. We cannot have smokers or drinkers in the house. Also, pets are not allowed. Other roommates are clean and friendly people. They do not drink or smoke. Feel free to ask any questions.
