Our lovely home sits right on Manito Park, which is rated one of the top 25 city parks in the nation by Trip Advisor;0) Sit and watch runners, walkers, and dogs go by on the covered front porch or take a walk yourself, and enjoy all the park’s offerings, from ponds, rose gardens, conservatory, and seasonal concerts and art fairs. Walkable to grocery stores, hospitals, and a 5 minute drive to central downtown and Riverfront Park. Cozy and accommodating furnished home, plant care and bringing mail in would be appreciated during your stay. If you are renting with your dog, we kindly ask that you take the dog on walks for potty business, so that the yard does not turn into a potty spot with landmines from pets that will destroy the grass.

Cindy Short owns the home and occupies the master bedroom. She owns Laughing Dog Art Studio and winters in LA. There is a long term tenant that lives in the basement with a private entrance that will not disturb you as a tenant in the main house. The garage is used as an art studio for local artists. The master bath is the owners personal room. There are two private bedrooms available where shared bathroom and living space would be included.
