You will have a spacious room (217 square feet), a walk-in closet, and a shared bathroom upstairs. You will also be given a community pool access and a parking spot. All utilities (internet, electricity, heating, water) is included in the rent.

Looking for a responsible roommate who takes cleanliness very seriously. Communication is key for me; I’d like to host get togethers (Bible studies in particular) from time to time but will definitely communicate that in advance. You’ll absolutely be welcome to have family/friends over; I only ask to be informed ahead of time. Also living in this house is another male roommate, who is very kept to himself and clean.
