Room available in cozy 3-bedroom 2.5 bath duplex! Our home has 3 bedrooms total – Master bedroom is occupied by couple (both tech professionals), 2nd bedroom is used as an office/spare bedroom (possibly for Interns to stay) and 3rd bedroom is all yours with your own bathroom right outside your door!

Our home also has: -Storage space in garage (plenty of space for bikes!) -Big backyard/patio -Street/driveway parking -In home washer/dryer -Dishwasher

Great location! -Walking distance to Downtown Mountain View (Castro St.) Cal Train and Lite Rail [Whisman or DT Mountain View stations] -Right next to entrance of 85 North Highway and 101/Central Expressway for Commuters by Car [Look up Creekside Park for exact location] -A few meters away from the Stevens Creek Trail for bike commuters or joggers -Plenty of Street Parking [Have a 2 car driveway] -Minutes away from Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple -Short drive to Stanford University, Downtown Palo Alto and Sunnyvale -Quite a few parks nearby with fields, playgrounds and tennis courts

This will be a month-month lease but prefer minimum 6 months. We don’t assign chores but do have clean up days and ask that you help us keep common spaces tidy and clean up after yourself.

We have lived in our cozy space for 8 years and love coming home after a long day of work to a peaceful, chill home. We hope to find a roommate who mirrors our laid-back vibes –if you’re looking to have frequent guests or parties, might not be a good fit.

Monthly Rent: $1700 (utilities split 3 ways each month which averages out to 120-140 depending on season)

Security deposit: $ 1000 + $1700 (Last month’s rent)

We would love to meet you and are available to show the room on weekends and after regular work hours.

About Me: I’m originally from Southern California (LA/OC/Santa Barbara) and been in the bay area for 8 years. Work at Google as Program Manager. Interests/Hobbies include: hiking, traveling, backpacking, basketball, indoor plants, health/fitness, reading, Netflix, yoga.

The other roommate (my Fiance): Works for an Education Tech start up. She’s from the Sierra Nevada and loves the outdoors. She studies animation so is on the creative and artsy side. Loves to make crafts, paintings, and sketch. As a side gig as a paint night instructor.

We’re both pretty laid back people and was very fortunate to have really great roommates who have been chill and pretty low key so hopefully the luck continues!
