Lovely room in beautiful home with pool .This is a 4 bed room 2 bath room home . Kind and caring hostess. Must like animals. Fenced in yard . I own a friendly foster dog. He won’t go in your private room unless you allow him but he does have roam of the house. I’m an early riser. Usually up at 7:30 but won’t bother any one .I am very very clean and I would like a roommate who would respect that and keep her area clean. Alcohol free, smoke free,drug free,no vaping in the house . Close to the turnpike & 95 , Grocery stores and restaurants , St Lucie west area. Weekly rentals available starting at $250 a week. Deposit to hold a room is not refundable. Working people and professionals only. No couples. Background check a must.
