2400 square feet 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom on 2 acres, house located in a private gated community. The room for rent is about 11ft × 11ft or 121 square feet + your own bathroom. Shared kitchen space, includes access to washer and dryer. Rent includes internet, wifi, and all other utilities. No guests are allowed, no smoking allowed in the house, we prefer no “ party animals“. Our living space is quiet and clean. We have cleaners that come every 2-3 weeks. You will have full access to gate codes and parking space. I’m happy to provide more photos of the house upon request. Potential renter must have a job prior to renting the room.

My father recently passed away, so you would be sharing a house with myself ( 44 year old female ) and my mother who is 74 + a friendly airdale terrier. I moved to paso in 2019 to help support my mom who has cancer. She currently is undergoing treatment. My mom and I are both quiet roommates, and are home most nights. We travel out of town 1-2xs per month for a few days. I am gone most of the day x 5 days per week. I am a full time student.
