This is a shared housing opportunity with a Furnished room that includes a queen bed, dresser, end tables and lamps, TV. No outside furniture to be brought in. Some storage may be available. There is a strict no visitor policy inside the home. The home is minutes from Walmart Supercenter, 10 minutes from restaurants, 10 minutes from Semmes Municipal park, 20 minutes from hospitals, Airbus & I-65/1-10 interchange. Tenant pays for background screening & credit check.

Home occupied with 1 other mature male adult. Very large room w/ a separate bathroom. Private bathroom available as well for extra fee.
The common areas to be Shared are the kitchen, living room, laundry room, patio. Streetside parking space for one car. No smoking allowed inside premises. Cameras are present in the common areas only and on the exterior of the house. Looking for someone who is low key, drama free and works full time. Work from home applicants will pay additional utility allowance. There are house rules that will need to be agreed upon prior to move in.
