Property is furnished. The bedroom the renter will occupy has a queen sized bed, a 63-inch desk, and bookshelves should they want to use it. The renter will get their own private bathroom as well. There’s two fridges, so feel free to buy as much food as you want.

The common areas are furnished with two couches, a TV, dining room table, and a washer and dryer.

Expectations of the renter is to clean up after themselves and contribute towards supplies that are going to be used by everyone in the household like paper towels, hand/dish soap, drinking water, etc.

One of the businesses we own is a bakery. We use the kitchen often to experiment and test products before we finalize them in our commercial kitchen, so sanitation and cleanliness is a must.

Term of lease can be discussed anywhere from 6 months, a year, or even more.

The renter will be asked to present identification and proof of employment to verify authenticity

-We have a small 10lb dog. He’s old and missing teeth, so he can’t bite. He’ll bark at strangers at first, but after a few days, he’ll get used to you. -We also have a cat. She stays in the master bedroom, so you won’t see her roaming around the common areas often
