Its also situated right in the heart of Woburn, steps from the public library, less than 5-10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, beautiful Horn Pond walking trails & everything the city has to offer. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, dining table and chairs available. There are 2 bathrooms total so you’ll be sharing 1 bathroom with 1 other person. The apartment also comes with laundry in basement for added convenience. Parking is on street right in front of the house, or plenty of parking space in the public parking lot right behind the building. Bus stop to go to downtown Boston located right in front of house.
You’ll share the space with 3 other roommates. 2 people share 1 bathroom. All common space areas will be numbered and divided for your use and storage. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. No smoking allowed inside building.
