The apartment has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, spacious closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It is centrally located near U.S. 101 and Interstate 280, within walking distance to BART, Muni, CalTrans stations, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, and the Financial District. The rent will be $2,700 including monthly internet, water, trash, and sewer fees, and the electric bill will be shared equally.

I have lived with my roommate for 2 years, and now he is moving on to live with his partner. I am seeking a roommate to share a 2b2b apartment in The Geroge Apartments. I am mature, responsible, respectful, friendly, social, quiet, clean, and I love to cook. I work long hours and am either out of town or exploring the city on my days off.
My ideal roommate will respect my privacy and belongings and is a good communicator. I don’t mind sharing my household items, but the second bedroom is unfurnished and does not have an ensuite bath and shower; however, the hall bath would be the new roommate’s private bath, and my guests would not use it. I share meals when I cook and enjoy conversations. I like to hang out outside the apartment and attend events together occasionally. I don’t mind if my new roommate has guests over.
