About the roomies

My name is Bahman, and I am 42 years old. I am a property manager and have worked for the same company for 5 years. I have lived with my roommate for 2 years, and now he is moving on to live with his partner. I am seeking a roommate to share a 2b2b apartment in The Geroge Apartments. I am mature, responsible, respectful, friendly, social, quiet, clean, and I love to cook. I work long hours and am either out of town or exploring the city on my days off. I do have a partner who stays with me on a part-time basis. She travels and has two homes elsewhere.

My ideal roommate will respect my privacy and belongings and is a good communicator. I don’t mind sharing my household items, but the second bedroom is unfurnished and does not have an ensuite bath and shower; however, the hall bath would be the new roommate’s private bath, and my guests would not use it. I share meals when I cook and enjoy conversations. I like to hang out outside the apartment and attend events together occasionally. I don’t mind if my new roommate has guests over.
