About the room
Room #2: 12×11 Available now for $500/mo bills included (electricity, gas, water, wifi, trash/recycle, pest control, yard maintenance). As resident landlord, I also restock certain things like toilet papers, paper towels, detergents, cleaning supplies, etc.
The room is located on the second floor. The bathroom is shared amongst tenants on the second floor. Shared areas include everywhere in the house except for my bedroom.
The house is approximately 25 minutes from Randolph, Fort Sam, BAMC, and downtown.
I got two dogs so you must like dogs. One of them doesn’t like cats so we can’t have cats.
Community has a park, dog park, and a pool. Neighbors are cool.
About the roomies
Three male roommates in their 20s. I’m a US Army Veteran working in healthcare on evening hours. An active duty soldier. The other one is working retail/services. We are all respectful and quiet. We would appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves.
