About the room
I have two rooms for rent:
Room #4: 12×10 (Available now for $500/mo) Room #3: 12×11 + 6×2 (Available on Aug 1st for $550/mo) Utilities included
Both rooms are located on the second floor. The bathroom is shared amongst tenants on the second floor. Before moving in, I’ll have the room carpet cleaned professionally and other deficiencies fixed as needed.
Shared areas include everywhere in the house except for my bedroom.
I got two dogs so you must like dogs. One of them doesn’t like cats so we can’t have cats.
Community amenities include playground, pool, dog park, pickleball court, outdoor grill.
About the roomies
Three male roommates in their 20s. I’m a US Army Veteran working in healthcare on evening hours. An active duty soldier. He’s expected to clear out by Aug. 1st. The other one is working retail/services. We are all respectful and quiet. We would appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves.
