About the room
One unfurnished bedroom is available in a 4-bedroom house near SE Duke and 87th Ave in Portland, OR. The house is located directly opposite Glenwood City Park and features plenty of street parking.
Rent is $680/month with all utilities included (gas, electricity, sewer, water, garbage, and internet). You will share the kitchen and one bathroom with two other roommates (three people total sharing the bath).
We are looking for a single occupant only. We maintain a quiet environment with no pets, no smoking, no parties, and no drinking inside the house. Please PM me if you have questions!

About the roomies
