We have a room available in a five bedroom house. The room is furnished with a bed and it’s upstairs. Bathroom will be shared with other guests. Seeking a professional male or female, who is currently employed, and preferably, who works out of the home. The rent is $1050. The room is 900 sq ft. Limited use kitchen. We also have a large furnished master bedroom downstairs with attached bath and king bed for $1250 for one person.

We have four people living here from the age of 27 to 66. We have a large kitchen and only one person currently uses the kitchen. You’re welcome to use the kitchen. Limited use.
