The Roommates: 2 middle aged non-drama professional male tenants who enjoy watching sports, video games, cooking and live a fairly quiet lifestyle.

Rent: $800/month (includes all utilities & internet)

Requirements: ⁃ 1st month rent + $800 refundable deposit ⁃ Willingness to pitch in on snow removal and yard work Sorry as much as we all love furry friends, no pets permitted

We’re located in a safe quiet north Loveland neighborhood. It’s location makes it an easy drive to food, entertainment, shopping and Fort Collins.
