I’m renting the master bedroom with private bathroom at my beautiful 4 bedrooms townhouse in Meadow Woods in Orlando, FL, starting July 4TH.

Meadow Woods is a calm and nice neighborhood between two of the best neighborhoods in Orlando: Lake Nona and Hunters Creek. The house is very close to Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Aldi, LA Fitness, and nice restaurants and shops.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, two occupied by single people and one by a couple. They have their shared bathroom upstairs with double vanity separated from the commode and shower, which is great for sharing! There is also a shared half bathroom downstairs.

The master is the only bedroom located downstairs, has its own big bathroom and walking closet.

The house is fully furnished with new contemporary furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has brand new appliances.

It’s a SMOKING-FREE, STRICTLY DRUG-FREE and most importantly DRAMA-FREE household!

All tenants are clean and organized so it’s important that you clean after yourself and keep things organized. Common areas are cleaned by everyone in turns.

VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BE VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!

Moving/application fee with background check: $40 per person, waived for traveling nurses and active flight attendants (this is for everybody’s safety once you are going to be sharing a house with other people. Think that way!)

There is a couple from Brazil in one room, a guy from Morroco in one of the room and a non-gender specified person in the other room. They have a cat and no other pets are allowed at this time. Everybody is very clean and organized. It’s a friendly environment where everyone respects each other.
