Hi I’m looking for a roommate who is dependable and tidy. Quite property. Private Room freshly painted, with large closet and window and private bathroom. Wood flooring except for the living room with brand new carpet. Fully furnished shared spaces. Formal dining room and spacious kitchen with lots of cabinet space. Laundry room on site with washer and dryer. Four car driveway and a lot of street parking for guests. Large front and backyard. newer appliances Ac/heating, dishwasher and patio on property as well. Utilities and Internet are included in rent. Deposit is flexible and you can make payments. There is plenty of parking and a large fenced yard.

My husband and I both share the space. We both very tidy and conscientious. We like to keep the house clean like the pictures. He works on cars, computers and can usually fix anything. I like to bake, cook and arrange bouquets and we both like video games. We plan to stay for around three years so a long term lease is possible or we could do month to month.
