About the room
Private unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom available in a clean, modern two-bedroom apartment at Aviva, located at 8340 East Baseline Road. The room will be available starting July 23, and rent is $1,000 per month. Utilities will be split between everyone in the apartment.
The kitchen, living room, and other common areas are shared. You will have your own designated space in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. We keep the apartment clean, comfortable, and organized, and we are looking for someone who will help maintain the shared spaces.
The apartment is in a convenient East Mesa location near shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. We also have a friendly, well-trained cat named Tundra, so you must be comfortable living with a cat.
About the roomies
Hi! My fiancée and I are looking for a roommate to move into our place at 8340 East Baseline Road around July 23. Rent would be $1,000 per month.
I’m 24 and work full-time as a dental assistant while preparing to apply to dental school. My fiancée is 22 and works at Starbucks. I usually work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while her schedule varies but is typically during the mornings.
We are both friendly, laid-back, social, and clean. We enjoy hanging out and getting to know the people we live with, but we also appreciate having time to ourselves. We like to keep our home and shared spaces clean and organized without being overly strict about it. You would have your own space in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets for your food and belongings.
In my free time, I love playing guitar, creating music, and writing songs. Music is a huge passion of mine. I also spend a lot of time volunteering and working toward my goal of getting into dental school. My fiancée loves hiking, nature, and going on new adventures.
We do not smoke and only drink occasionally. We sometimes have friends or family over, but usually no more than once every couple of weeks.
We also have a friendly white cat named Tundra. He is litter-trained, well-behaved, and loves being around people. He has also done well around other animals.
We do not have a preference regarding a male or female roommate. We are mainly looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, laid-back, pays rent on time, and helps keep the common areas clean and organized. We would love to find someone who feels comfortable being social with us while also respecting everyone’s personal space.
