You will have access to the main house, full kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, and private bathroom. Fiber highspeed Wi-Fi internet. Indoor garage parking, and remote gated entrance to the house are included. All utilities are paid and included in monthly rent.

I do not allow pets, no smoking, no weed, or drugs of any kind. I’m a quiet, friendly person. I travel a lot, camp and fish a lot in the spring, summer, and fall. Most of the time you will have the place to yourself.
