About the room
I am looking for someone to take over my current lease in a 1,164 sq ft apartment in West Midtown. The apartment is in an excellent location. It is a block away from the highway (I-75 north/south). Thereβs also a Kroger, Publix, and Petco less than a mile away from the apartment. I would prefer someone to move in ASAP. The lease ends April 30th of next year, 2020; however, you will be able to renew it. You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom with a walk-in closet. Everything is in great shape. I just need to relocate, so I am looking for someone who can fill the lease before I leave. House details: -2 bed/ 2 bath -Rent is $1500 per month ($750 per person) + utilities (usually very reasonable. Around $100 or less per person) -$150 deposit that will be refunded Included: -washer & dryer -oven -microwave -Dishwasher Apartment complex details: -Gym -Pool -Business center with computers and printer/scanner -Arcade Games in clubhouse -Free Coffee -Bi-weekly events for free food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) The community in the apartment complex is very welcoming. Everyone is very nice and not loud or too crazy. Maintenance is always there to help with an issue, and there is a security officer who patrols the perimeter.
About the roomies
My roommate, who you would be rooming with when you take over my part of the lease, is very easy-going and respectful of other peopleβs space. She is a professional, and will keep to herself most of the time, but is very approachable and kind to people.
