About the room

Hi there! I’m looking for a new roommate to fill a bedroom in my house that will be opening by 4/1. Ideally, I’m hoping to find someone relaxed, respectful, and a good fit for our space.

Currently, I share the house with one roommate (19y female) who is in college and working full-time. The vibe is friendly and easygoing, we often chat in shared spaces but also respect each other’s alone time. I’m a 33y female working full-time remotely from my bedroom.

My roommate and I both have medium sized dogs (about 40-50 lbs). They are very friendly and are always kept in our rooms when we are not home.

I want my roommates to feel totally at home! You’re welcome to use the kitchen, living room, garage, and all shared spaces. There’s also extra storage space in the garage if you need it.

Utilities: I cover the flat-rate utilities (internet, garbage, and gardener). We’ll split the water bill (usually around $40 every two months per person) and PG&E (typically $60–$150 monthly per person, depending on usage/season).

About the roomies

I am a super easy going, friendly roommate. I can be social and talkative but definitely enjoy my alone time as well. I am currently working on getting back in shape and am always training my dog in my spare time - my dog knows about 50 commands that I am very proud of :) My roommate works a lot but in her spare time likes to hang out with her friends and explore & get outside. She works as a barista and is going to DVC.
