Total tenants when the rooms fully rented are 3-ppl. No smoking of any kind, no drugs, pet friendly with pet deposit.
Looking for respectful tenants with secure jobs/incomes, clean after themself and willing to share cleaning responsibilities between other roomates for the common areas.
About the roomies
We are the owner of the house in the process of moving to Knoxville to be closer to our daughter.
