Pickleball players paradise! Nice private entrance room on beautiful property on over an acre in a quiet, safe neighborhood with the bedroom at opposite end of house with a pickleball court, huge screened in pool, (useage with notice and proper attire) outdoor grill area, fire pit, walking distance to community center, close to turnpike and shopping! We are very near the pilot training center and the base. No animals allowed, but must be ok with our cat. No smoking, drinking parties. Shared bathroom with guests or pool usage, separate door to room off pantry and second garage. Separate fridge will be available and kitchen use allowed. No overnight guests, military welcome!

We’re an easy going Christ following family and have our almost 18 yr twins , last of 8 kids still living at home, a cat, African grey and 1 cockatiel. We’re also non smoking.
