Have a beautiful 5 bedroom home and have an upstairs room (10.5’ by 17’) that I’m looking to rent out. House is at end of quiet cul-de-sac. No deposit or lease required for professionals (single occupancy) looking for temporary or semi/perm housing. I’m 7 minutes away from RCRMC and 4 minutes away from Kaiser (on Iris). Rent is $600 per month (due initially) which includes all utilities except for electric (which is split in fourths), plus $600 for the last months rent. Total move in cost is $1200. You’ll have access to everything: laundry, pool table, wifi, backyard, (semi-private bathroom), kitchen, fridge, etc., so long as you clean up after yourself. You’d really have to check it out to appreciate the scenic serenity of the location. No couples, children, or consistent overnight guests. Male preferred.

Room is furnished: single twin bed (long), 2 tall bookcases, TV stand, and an awesome desk! Please supply your own bedding though. NO pets. Call for an appt. to check out the house.

My name is Eric, and I’m 43. Currently pursuing a career in the art field, and formerly worked in the service industry. There is one other roommate upstairs, Yosef (late 20’s to early 30’s), who works at Amazon. He is quiet, into comics/video games, and basically is just in his room the entire time. He is clean and responsible, and you would be sharing a two sink bathroom with him. There is another roommate, Kevin (mid 50’s) who lives downstairs. He basically stays in his room and watches the news all day. (He kind of reminds me of shaggy from scooby doo).
