Nice size room in house in a 55+ community for one person. Must be close to 50yrs old or older to live in the community. Room has view of the waterfall and includes Tv, internet, own refrigerator, private connecting bathroom , bed, dresser, electricity, kitchen privileges, laundry room, sunroom, community pool, and driveway parking. I am a semi retired Hispanic male who has a friendly dog. Must like animals because he is part of the family. This is a non smoking home but can use the sunroom to smoke. Need a roommate that can let my dog out into the fenced backyard and feed him once a day when I take a short trip. So keep this in mind as part of renting the room. Looking for someone with a kind personality, sense of humor, and brings a happy atmosphere to the home. If you have a bad attitude we won’t work out. Once you move in, I will do whatever I can to make it a happy stay and will fix any issues you may have. I will respect your privacy but will have no problem if you like being social.
