Hi, this is a nice place for just 1 person but you can have an occasional guest! You will have 3 other quiet chill roommates all screened and checked - 3 working males. The price includes WiFi and all utilities!

One month’s rent plus one month’s security deposit equals $1590 move-in. This can be split up if needed! You will have one nice size bedroom at 16x10.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house.

This is in a good neighborhood as I have been doing this for 15 years and have never had a problem here. You will have an excellent conscientious private landlord! Me :). I make a modest living by personally owning and managing 6 properties that I work hard to provide good customer service and often my tenants become friends, which we both like! This place has a washer and dryer in the basement. Let me know if you have any questions!
