Full size gym, Laundry room with washer, dryer, folding table with sink and bathroom. Ideally, im Looking for someone trustworthy, Considerate and is tidy for the area.

My life style, Im down to earth, laid back and easy going. I Love going to concerts. camping, hiking, boating. Weekdays i like to cook, relax, watch movies and unwind for the rest of the night. I respect people’s boundaries and spaces. I’m also up for a conversation, Its a quite and safe neighborhood with friendly people walking their dogs and getting their steps in. My house is 3 minutes each way to the downtown area, airport, restaurants, grocery stores, and freeway.
