There is a common living area downstairs with a smart TV and access to streaming services. There is also an adjustable weight set if you enjoy weightlifting.

My roommate and I are very much in work and study mode. So the house vibes are very respectful, quiet, considerate, and clean. Looking for a female roommate looking for the same thing 🎀 Pet and smoke free. Monthly rent includes all utilities (electricity, wifi, water, sewage) and lawn care.

Love to keep my space clean and easy. I don’t smoke and don’t own any pets. I work from home on the weekdays, but you can find me joining a fitness class, attempt an outdoor adventure, or meal prepping during my free time.
