About the room

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in a gated community, with swimming pool & hot tub, 3 blocks from the beach, less than 30 miles from Malibu, Ventura, Oxnard, & 30 miles from Santa Barbara & The Valley. 2 car garage is attached & has large washer/dryer. Please note listed rent is per person. Closets on each landing contain towels, linens & tools, etc . are on each floor. The top floor has a Master bedroom with attached bathroom & large closet ( the closet has small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven etc (in addition to same appliances in kitchen)!. The second bedroom shares bathroom (on second floor & is shared with 1 person). Our home has lots of sunlight, one bedroom has over 10 feet mirrored closet. In the attached 2 car garage is the extra large washer & dryer. Most kitchen appliances are new including large refrigerator, microwave, & kitchen utensils needed to cook or bake anything. you’ll find tons of storage & The dining area can fit 6-8 for Thanksgiving. A screen door leads to a patio.
