The room is unfurnished 10.5 ft x 10.5 ft (comfortably fits queen sized bed, nightstand and a dresser with a good sized closet). *Partially furnished is possible (nightstand, lamp, and small dresser). The bathroom is shared, has dual sinks. All appliances are newer. Laundry room in the house. Spacious kitchen.
Utilities are included. Plenty of free street parking. No smoking property, pets, children, or remote workers please. Rent is for one person.
