Room is open now and ready to be moved into. It’s a large room in an 1100 square foot fairly old but clean apartment in a great neighborhood. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house has everything there’s room for so I’m not looking for more furniture in the common areas. There’s an 80 dollar application fee paid to the management for a criminal background and credit check.

I’m a 43 year old professional artist and watchmaker who’s working on a huge personal art project that is taking up a lot of my time so I’m renting out my spare room to try to lower my expenses to have as much time to devote to it as possible. I’m a very laid back responsible science minded guy who’s lived here for six years. Your other roommate will be an equally chill very well trained flighted amazon parrot. She has full run of the house but is not at all adventurous and will spend all her time on her cage and in the room with me while I work at home. She’s housebroken and won’t pester you as well. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed with the possible exception of a small caged animal that would live in your room. If you’re interested shoot me a message!
