About the room

The house is in the B section of Palm Coast, Florida. The neighborhood and city are clean and quiet. The house itself is quiet and spiritual. I have two other rooms available. One is a renovated garage with a full size bed, a large glass table, and two chairs. It rents for $650/month. I slso have a smaller room with a queen size bed, bedside tables, and a coffee table. It rents for $550/month. The rent for any room includes utilities, Wi-Fi, filtered water, laundry room supplies, washing machine and dryer use, and toiletries. Preference for a vegan roommate as no meat, eggs, dairy, or eggs allowed in the house. Also, no alcohol, drugs, smoking, or pets permitted. Will not consider anyone with a criminal record.

I am a writer who likes the house clean, calm, and quiet so I can focus on my writing. The female roommate is a retired vegan chef. The other male roommate is currently employed as a chef.
