I am renting out 1 of the rooms of my 3 bed, 3 bath two story condo. The room is labeled as number 1 on the blue print I have uploaded to the photos. (I am the only other person living here.) The condo was built five years ago so everything is all fairly new and modern, there is a two car garage and room for shelves or storage. I use one of the spots in the garage and the other is for you to use, it’s a safe and private area, never had any issues with packages getting taken or anything like that.

Also, most of the photos I uploaded are from when I first bought the condo and the only difference now is the addition of furniture and appliances in the common areas and normal wear and tear of carpet from the past several years. Please ignore the pieces of blue tape on the walls in the photos, those were markers for the contractor.

You have your own bathroom upstairs and there is also a shared bathroom downstairs as well as my bathroom in my room.

I have a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Also the minimum and maximum stay is negotiable.

No couples, kids or cats please ❤️

I’m a 31 year old woman and I bought this condo in 2020. I have no pets, I do not smoke, I work M-F. I enjoy video games, reading and painting. Had a great experience with past roommates I’ve rented to. Hoping to find someone again who will feel comfortable making themselves at home here. :)
