My home is located in a bustling neighborhood. I have one room available for rent, but please note that I am not very close to Boston. I actually reside in Lynn, which is north of Boston. The Lynn commuter rail station is just a five-minute walk away, offering a quick 30-minute ride into the city for a fare of seven dollars.
This is a family-owned property that comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a large dresser, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We are currently in the process of renovations. I’m looking for a responsible, clean, drug-free, and mature adult with stable employment. If you’re interested, I can provide an application link upon request. Due to high interest, initial interviews and tours will be conducted virtually or by phone, with in-person meetings available if it seems like a good match.
Prospective tenants will need to complete a rental application, provide landlord references, and submit housing information for verification. After a phone call and virtual tour, interested individuals are encouraged to submit their applications to secure the room. The first month’s rent and security deposit will be required on the same day as the visit. Common areas, including the bathroom and kitchen, are shared among tenants, with limited kitchen access. The room is quiet and ideal for a mature working adult. I welcome drama-free individuals and couples who are both employed. Limited visitors are preferred, and overnight guests are not allowed. My resident cat, Ms. Luna, does not get along with other pets, so no additional pets can be accommodated. Smoking is prohibited on the property.
