The room is fully furnished, beautifully decorated, private, quiet, and spacious with large windows, a queen-size bed, a large dresser, a desk/chair, an arm chair/foot stool, book shelves, an overhead fan, and a large mirror. The bathroom is private and newly renovated with a shower and tub.

The property is a charming, quiet, spacious, 4-bedroom single family home situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shared spaces include: the kitchen with an eat-in island, a family room with a big screen TV (with many of the steaming apps), a laundry room, and a good size back yard. Amenities include: access to 7 swimming pools and tennis courts, and many walking trails.

I am the owner and sole occupant of the house. I work as a health program manager in DC. I enjoy hiking, cooking, spending time with friends and my dog and meeting new people, but I also cherish my privacy and quiet time. I think it’s important to have open communication and mutual respect with housemates. I am a non-smoker, and am seeking a non-smoking housemate.
