Private furnished bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Room is furnished with a full size bed, a chest of drawers, one wide wall mounted shelf, ceiling fan, 32“ TV and lamp… My home is located in Fort Mohave’s number one gated community. (The Villas at Desert Horizons) Located near Aztec and the 95. Walking distance from CVS, Smith’s, and Safeway. Property has a community pool, jacuzzi and clubhouse. I would prefer somebody that is looking for something more long-term. You must be an animal lover and not allergic, as I have both dogs and cats. I like to keep my home clean and have someone come in at least once a month. My cat’s litter box is outside in their outdoor catio. I am looking for someone that is easygoing, laid back, and honest with a positive upbeat personality. A NON SMOKER is a must and no drugs allowed, however, cannabis friendly.

Rents and deposit must be paid in full prior to moving in.
