Brand new bed/nightstand/dresser. 46“ t.v.IF you have problems with stairs, your bedroom is on the second floor. There is a spa/jet tub along with a shower in the main bathroom. All utilities included. About me, clean, respectful. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs. I am very considerate of who I live with. This is for 1 person. No couples. Room is furnished with brand new queen set up. Can give references from my landlord and people who rented from me in the past.
