This home is a 24/7 QUIET home as we’ve got other traveling professionals working different shifts including nights that need quiet to sleep during the days as well as evenings.

Large home with large bedrooms on quiet cul-de-sac. All utilities included with great wi-fi too. Parks and great walking trails in community. Minutes to I-40 from Arroyo Vista/98th entrance and not far from downtown Albuquerque, UNM, Kirkland, Presbyeterian, Lovelace, Amazon, Sandia Labs, etc. Sorry, no couples, pets or smoking in the house. Designated outside locations for smoke/cannibus/vape.

All roomies to be screened with background and credit checks through Transunion screening services at a cost of $48 paid to Transunion at time of screening. All payments are to be paid through, Zelle or Cashapp. A $500 security deposit to hold room at signing and first months rent due at move in.

Home is furnished and has two dedicated side-by-side refrigerators for roomies in the kitchen and a kitchen sink heated RO system for drinking and tea water. Seeking responsible mature roomies that can enjoy the quiet edge-of-city location. Easy commute into the city on I-40 or other bridge crossings. We seek other professionals, including mid-term renters or long term roomies, to share our big space with. Rooms will be furnished with a bed/bedding, desk and chair, nightstand and a Roko TV connected to the wi-fi and Netflix included.
