Beautiful view from the room. Near most major freeways. 7 minutes away from downtown Riverside and UCR. 12 minutes away from CBU. Security and gated community. If you smoke it has to be outside. Single female only. House is a female household and everyone has busy work schedules. I do leases for 2 to 6 months, month to month leases but can extend if all goes well with no drama in the household. I also need verification of income. $800 a month cozy upstairs room.

Im a Contractor, Nail and Eyelash tech. I love netflix, cooking, walking, swimming and my peace. Im friendly but i stay to myself most the time. I’m quiet clean and organized. Not looking for anybody who’s bringing drama. This is a very peaceful quiet household. I’ve been renting 3 rooms in my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home for 3 years. I don’t feel like I need 3 rooms to myself and I know people need a place to call home. I work from Thursday to Monday. I have 2 other woman renting that are quiet with busy work weeks and barely home as well as me. No Male Guest.
