Hello room hunters!

We have a large, unfurnished master bedroom with a fully renovated ensuite/private bathroom available for move-in. We need the room filled by the end of June. The room (14’ x 13’) fits a queen sized bed, dresser, etc. and has closet storage space, with extra storage outside the room if needed.

TERMS: Rent will be $1,700 + utilities (~$50), with 1.5 months ($2,550) due at signing of the lease.

2 laid-back working professionals, late 20s, working in aviation and tech. We have pretty standard schedules during the week, and like staying active during evenings/weekends.
