Grocery stores and restaurants are 10 minutes to 15 minutes away from property. Will need a car to get to and from my property and other places. No busses run through the community. Access to clubhouse gym, pool and other activities held at the clubhouse.

I am a woman in my 30’s. The other tenant / landlord is a disabled women in her 50’s.
