A perfect place for a working professional or serious student. The home is a 3-bed, 2-bath and is centrally-located in Clairemont. It’s a 4.5-mile drive to La Jolla Shores and about a 5-minute walk to the nearest canyon [just off the 52 and Genessee]. I am looking for more of a house-share situation with just one other person.

The home has many amenities, and any roommate is welcome to have their friends hang out. There’s ample street parking, laundry, kitchen, a pool [with a diving board and corkscrew slide], jacuzzi, gas grill, fire pit, vintage bar building, a waterfall, fireplace, and a landscaped lawn. There’s also a garage full of tools if you are so inclined. Perfect for relaxing after a hard day of work, hitting the books and/or working out. The room is currently unfurnished.

I currently work part-time remotely. I have two very sweet, small dogs [a Shih Tsu named Eddie Haskell and a Terrier mix named Jasper] who are just waiting for someone to share the space. Open to having one more small dog. MUST LIKE DOGS
