You will have your own bedroom with a walk-in closet, and small “ready room,” which has a vanity and a mirror. We would share the toilet and shower. Kind of a jack-and-jill situation.
I pay all the utilities, fiber internet and DirecTV with Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+. I also pay for professional cleaning of the common areas, and there’s a washer and dryer. There’s also a community pool you can use for free.
I have two cats, but they do their business outside. My house does NOT smell like cat pee or poop.
You must have a steady income. Employment will be verified. No kids, no illegal drugs, no smoking inside, and please don’t be a bigot. 🙂
About the roomies
It’s just me and my two cats. No other roommates. I think you’ll find both the cats and I are easy to get along with. I vape THC, and occasionally drink beer, so it’s cool if you do to.
I’m 62 years old, but feel a lot younger, and I get along well with younger people. I’m semi-retired so I’m home a lot.
