I have two newly remodeled private rooms for rent - looking for someone quiet, non-smoking, clean, and responsible professionals. One year lease then month to month.

• Larger Room - $890/ month
• Slightly Smaller Room - $835/ month

Plus I ask for 1/4 utility cost (gas, electricity, internet speeds starting at 100 Mbps) Security Deposit - one month of rent.

I pay trash, water and landscape cost and will cover for 1/2 of the utility each month.

Street parking with a permit from Alhambra in order to park overnight. Convenient location, easy access and a lot of different options to dining and groceries nearby, easy access to frwy 10, 210, and 110.

There is laundry and dryer in the unit. The two of you will share a bathroom. Kitchen and living rooms are all furnished. I have computer tables for each room but I can remove it from your room if you don’t like them.

I am the owner of the house, male, not so young. I work from home most of the time, so prefer someone who’s professionals as well.
